Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stablecoin Roadmap ("Platform") operated by Social Protocol Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties.

2. Description of Services

Stablecoin Roadmap provides:

  • AI-powered stablecoin smart contract generation and simulation tools
  • Educational resources about stablecoin development and compliance
  • Market data, metrics, and research about the stablecoin ecosystem
  • API access for programmatic integration (subject to separate API terms)
  • Community features for collaboration and knowledge sharing

The Platform is designed to assist with stablecoin development but does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the Platform, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the authority to bind your organization if using the Platform on behalf of an entity
  • Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • You will provide accurate and complete information when requested

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
  • Create smart contracts designed to defraud, deceive, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
  • Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property: The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of smart contracts and configurations you create using the Platform. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Generated Code: Smart contracts generated through our AI tools are provided under the MIT License unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for reviewing and auditing any generated code before deployment.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

AS-IS BASIS: The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

SMART CONTRACT RISKS: You acknowledge that:

  • Smart contracts are experimental technology with inherent risks
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • AI-generated code may contain errors or vulnerabilities
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and auditing any code before deployment
  • We do not guarantee the security or functionality of any generated contracts

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (blockchain networks, wallet providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform.
